Locations

Hercules operates two strategically situated warehouses in Florida to efficiently serve our clients.

Our primary Miami warehouse is located just minutes from the Design District, offering quick access to the heart of Miami's vibrant design community.

Our additional Ft. Myers warehouse is conveniently positioned near the International Design Center on the west coast of Florida.

These locations ensure optimal service and accessibility for our clients, whether they're in the bustling Miami area, or the flourishing east coast or west coast design scene.

Receiving

Hercules aims to open and inspect all received items within 48 to 72 hours, operating from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

After inspection, you'll receive a notification along with an itemized inventory of the merchandise.

A minimum inspection fee of $15 per piece applies. Note that prices may vary depending on the size and weight of the items, for example crated goods.

Inspection

If any damages or issues are discovered during our inspection, Hercules will document them and initiate a claim by notifying you, the client.

We will provide all relevant documentation, including pictures and documents, to the designer and/or showroom involved., and the client is responsible for follow-ups and finalizing the claim.

Please note that Hercules does not take responsibility for hidden or manufacturer's defects. The inspection fee is for inspection services only and should not be considered as an insurance policy. Our inspections are limited to identifying apparent damages only.

Installation

Hercules offers quilt wrap services, including set-up and trash removal, as part of our standard delivery.

Our delivery fees are based on ground floor installations with a two-man crew. For furniture requiring upstairs delivery, additional charges apply depending on the number of flights.

Additional incidental charges may be incurred for special requests, extra manpower, or unforeseen circumstances not attributable to Hercules.

Delivery & Pickup

For all delivery and installation services, Hercules provides a skilled delivery crew along with the necessary equipment, including adequate manpower and trucks, to ensure a seamless and efficient completion of your project.

Storage Fees

Established clients enjoy their first 30 days of storage free of charge.

All subsequent storage fees are due at the start of each month and require full payment. For long-term storage, clients must have a valid, authorized credit card on file.

Dock Pickups

Fees for third-party dock pickups are determined based on the number of items, their size, and the equipment required.

Quotes

Hercules strictly honors written quotes. Please note that verbal estimates are only approximate and may not be binding.

Payments

To complete our customer records, all clients are required to submit a credit card application to be kept on file.

Payments are due upon delivery, unless prior written authorization for a different arrangement has been provided by Hercules.

Other Conditions

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm EST.

Special Timing Fees: Requests for deliveries or pickups outside these hours will incur additional fees at one-and-a-half times the standard delivery cost.

Handling Charges for Special Items: A labor charge applies for receiving or delivering oversized or heavy items needing special handling, including glass and mirrored furniture.

Trash Removal Fees: For large deliveries, a trash removal fee starting at $65 may be charged, depending on the weight of the load.

Liability

Reporting Damages: All damages or issues must be noted on the delivery ticket and signed off before our delivery personnel leave the premises.

Responsibility Assessment: Hercules does not automatically assume responsibility for damages noted at the time of delivery. Each case is reviewed to determine the source of the issue.

Fault and Resolution: If Hercules is found responsible, we reserve the right to repair the item. In cases where replacement is necessary, we require a copy of the invoice from the designer or showroom, which will be covered at their cost.
