What This Is

The monthly run for furniture between Florida and the East Coast

People send furniture between South Florida and the East Coast all year. Designers moving a project, homeowners relocating, dealers and estates moving single pieces or full rooms. Instead of handing your furniture to an LTL freight line where it changes trucks and hands several times, you put it on our shuttle.

One Hercules truck, one Hercules crew, fully insured from pickup to delivery. We pick up at residences, showrooms, workrooms, vendors, and freight docks, and we deliver to the same. Cutting out the transfers is what keeps fine and fragile pieces from getting damaged on the way.

How It Works

How the shuttle works

Three steps from your first message to delivery at the other end.

1

Reserve your spot

Send us the pickup address, the delivery address, and what you have. We confirm space and dates and email a written price. The shuttle runs every month in both directions, so the schedule is predictable. Booking earlier helps in busier seasons.

2

We pick up along the route

Our truck picks up at showrooms, workrooms, vendors, residences, and freight docks. Our own crew wraps and loads your pieces, and they stay on the same truck the entire way. Stops run from Manhattan down to Atlanta, along with Boston and the major cities in between.

3

We deliver at the other end

Your furniture stays with the same insured crew from pickup to drop-off. No warehouse transfer in the middle and no second company touching your pieces. We deliver to the residence, showroom, or business, and on white glove deliveries we unwrap and place each piece in the room.

Why It Matters

Fewer hands means less damage

Most long-distance furniture moves on a shared freight line, loaded and unloaded across multiple trucks and warehouses.

Every transfer is another chance for a scratch, a dent, or a loss. The shuttle skips all of that. Your pieces are loaded once by our crew and stay on our truck until they reach the destination. For custom, fine, and fragile furniture, that single uninterrupted trip is the difference between arriving in perfect condition and arriving with a claim to file.

Hercules was outstanding in every respect. Truly White Glove service! Moving our furniture from the Port of Miami 7 hours up across the State to Fernandina Beach, then fixing pieces that had been damaged in the trip to the US, and finally assembling and placing each piece throughout the house. We have moved 31 times and our experience with Hercules was absolutely the best ever.

I recently used Hercules White Glove Delivery for a temporary move. The team was punctual, professional, and handled everything with great care, including some fragile items I was a bit nervous about. Communication was clear throughout, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally seamless.

White Glove Delivery

Delivering to a designer project at the far end?

On white glove deliveries our crew does not just drop the freight. They unwrap each piece, place it in the room, and set it up. If you are running an interior design project, that is our white glove service.

The run covers South Florida to Boston and back, with pickups and deliveries along the way in Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and the New York area, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City. If your pickup or delivery sits near the route, tell us the address and we will let you know.
What can I send on it?

How do I get a price?
Send us the pickup address, the delivery address, and what you have, and we email you a written price. We honor written quotes; verbal estimates are only approximate.
Do you pick up from a home or an apartment building?
