Who We Are

Built for the residences you don't get a second chance on

Hercules White Glove Delivery is a family-owned white glove moving and receiving company in Miami, working with South Florida's interior designers, architects, dealers, and private clients since 1984.

The warehouse, the crew, and the inventory system are built around the way a designer's project actually runs: pieces arriving in phases from dozens of vendors, custom items that have no replacement, and an install calendar that keeps moving. When you hand a project to us, you are handing it to the people who will still be on it at sign-off.

How It Works

From the vendor's dock to your client's residence

Four stages, documented at every handoff. This is what designers hire us for, and what a standard freight warehouse does not do.

1

Receiving

From the moment your freight arrives at our warehouse it is checked against the manifest and photographed before anyone opens it. The arrival condition is on the record the moment it comes off the truck, so you're covered if a vendor or carrier pushes back on damage.

2

Numbered & photographed

Every piece gets a Hercules barcode and five to ten condition photos, close on the surfaces where damage hides. If a marble top arrived with a hairline crack, it's date-stamped in our facility before the piece moves anywhere.

3

Your live inventory

Everything feeds one record per project, on the same system the warehouse uses. Log in to see what's landed, what's in transit, and where each piece sits, without a phone call. Run several projects and nothing co-mingles.

4

Install day

Our own crew unboxes each piece in the room, quilt wraps and places it to your plan, and hauls the packing materials out. You walk the install with us, and anything that needs adjusting gets handled on the spot.

Why It Matters

The record is what protects your project

A single undocumented chip on a marble console can cost you a week of replacement chasing at the worst moment of the install.

Most freight warehouses count the boxes and move on. On a multi-million-dollar residence full of custom, irreplaceable pieces, that gap is expensive, with the vendor, manufacturer, and carrier each pointing at the others. Our condition photos, taken before a box is opened, are what settle the conversation, because they show exactly what arrived, when, and in what shape.

I cannot say enough about Hercules White Glove Delivery. From receiving to installation they have proven to be a tremendous business partner. From the back office to the jobsite for a whole house install, they are all fantastic. Having worked with multiple warehousing and receiving partners, they are one of, if not, the best.

East Coast Shuttle

Pieces in the Northeast? Our truck runs the East Coast every month.

Once a month our own truck and crew run the corridor between South Florida and Boston, with stops in Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Long Island City, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. If your vendor sits on that route and the timing lines up, the shuttle is often less than dedicated freight, with the same insured crew the whole way down.

FAQ

Questions designers ask before they hire us

Can you handle a long install timeline with multiple phased deliveries?
Yes. Most of our designer projects deliver in phases over weeks or months against a moving install calendar. Your inventory stays organized in our system and we deliver the rooms you call for, not the whole project at once.
A piece arrived at your warehouse damaged from the freight forwarder. What happens?
We document the condition at receiving with photos and inspection notes, hold the piece, and send you the report the same day. One of our senior team members takes higher-resolution close-ups and writes a damage report you can hand straight to the vendor or carrier. You decide from there: file the claim, request a replacement, or have us return the piece. You will not find the damage two weeks later at install.
Do you deliver to upstairs and high-rise residences?
Yes. Standard delivery covers a ground floor install with a two-man crew, and we handle upstairs deliveries for an added charge based on the number of flights. We bring our own crew, trucks, and equipment. Building access itself, the freight elevator reservation, certificate of insurance, and any security clearances, is arranged by you or your client with the building. Give us the access window and we work to it.
How do I see what's actually in my project inventory?
You get a login to our inventory portal. It is live, so every photo, status change, and storage move updates in real time. If you are running several projects with us, each one has its own record kept separate.
How many photos do you take per piece?
Five to ten on average. Every angle that matters, plus close-ups on the surfaces where damage tends to show, like corners, joints, upholstered seams, hardware, glass edges, stone, and drawer mechanisms. Pieces with moving parts get shot in more than one position.
How long do you keep the project record after a project closes?
Indefinitely. If a question comes up six months or two years later, we can still pull the record and tell you what condition a piece arrived in, when, and where it ended up.
Are you actually in South Florida, or brokering from somewhere else?
We run two warehouses of our own, one in Miami and one in Ft. Myers, and we have been family-owned since 1984.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the install scope, the delivery locations, the number of pieces, and whether you need receiving and storage first. Send us the basics and you will have a written quote back.
